AWS Support Plans: When You Need Help
AWS offers different support plans ranging from Basic to Enterprise. As a beginner, Basic support is fine—it includes documentation, forums, and account help. When I started running production workloads, I moved to Developer support for email assistance during business hours. Business support is for critical workloads with 24/7 chat and phone support. The plans are worth considering when you need guaranteed response times. Trust me, having a support plan when something breaks is a relief.
