Home Workouts: No Equipment Needed
You don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get a great workout. Bodyweight exercises are incredibly effective when done with intention. My go-to routine is a simple circuit: squats for legs, push-ups for chest and arms, lunges for balance and glutes, and planks for core strength. The key is consistency. Aim for three to four rounds with minimal rest. You can adjust the difficulty. If regular push-ups are tough, do them on your knees. To make them harder, try decline push-ups with your feet on a chair. The beauty of working out at home is the flexibility. You can fit it in during a lunch break or while dinner is in the oven. Just 20 minutes can leave you feeling energized and accomplished.
