How to Retrieve Lost UPSC Registration ID and Password

If you lose your UPSC OTR ID or password, don't panic. Go to https://upsconline.nic.in and click 'Forgot OTR ID' or 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email or mobile number. You will receive an OTP. Enter it, and you can reset password. If you also lost access to that email/mobile, you have to send a physical application to UPSC, New Delhi with a copy of ID proof. This takes 2-3 weeks. So always keep a written note of your OTR ID. Also, save the initial registration PDF. For password, use a combination you remember but is secure.
