UPSC Form for NRIs and Foreign Nationals

Indian citizens living abroad (NRIs) can apply for UPSC just like residents. You need a valid Indian passport. OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card holders are NOT eligible for UPSC – only Indian citizens. For NRIs, exam centers are limited to Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata only. The form fill-up process is same, but you must enter your foreign address. Payment can be made via international credit card. However, the fee is the same Rs.100.
