UPSC PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disability) Form Filling

PwBD candidates get fee exemption, extra time (20 minutes per hour), and a scribe if needed. To claim this, you must have a disability certificate of at least 40% issued by a government hospital. In the UPSC form, select PwBD category and upload the certificate. Then choose your disability type: blindness, low vision, locomotor disability, etc. For scribe, you can arrange your own or ask UPSC to provide one. Scribe should be from a lower academic level.
