Study Plan
6 Month FFMG Study Plan – From Zero to Confident (For Beginners)
You have six months until the FFMG exam. Don't panic. Here's a week-by-week plan that actually works. Month one: Only basics. Take Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry. Read only high-yield topics – forget the rare stuff. Month two: Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology. Make your own short notes. I know everyone says that, but really – write down only the drugs, bugs, and disease patterns that appear in last 5 years' papers. Month three: Medicine and Surgery. Big subjects. Don't read textbooks. Use review books like Mudit Khanna or Rohan's FMGE series. Month four: Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Anesthesia. Small subjects but high scoring. Month five: OBGYN, Radiology, and Dermatology. Solve at least 50 MCQs daily. Month six: Only revision and mock tests. Give one full mock test every Sunday. Analyze every mistake. Do not start any new topic in the last 30 days. Study 6-8 hours daily, not 14. Take Sunday evenings off. Watch a movie. Call your parents. This plan works if you follow it 80% strictly. Perfection kills consistency.
